First of all, Edible is our favorite magazine...REALLY! It is hard to believe
this award winning magazine is offered free in print at locations around NM! The texture and
layout has always been a feast for the eyes with beautifully written
articles that tap into all the senses!
This December/Early Winter issue is a special one for us because Stephanie Cameron (Edible NM Publisher & photographer) and Candolin Cook featured us after their visit to the ranch in October! They are both the real deal, sharing the day with us side by side from sun up with Cowboy Up! Yoga, then working with our horses, all the way to a stunning New Mexico sunset and sharing a wonderful meal, prepared and served by our veterans.
